Admin Panel Overview

The admin panel overview guide will cover all features accessible in the dashboard section of the administrative portal.

Zone List

  • The "Zone List" is a dropdown menu located in the upper right corner of the portal interface. It lets users to pick distinct zones, making it easier to organize and access resources across multiple zones.

Notification

  • To access the latest notifications, click on the notification bell icon typically located in the upper right-hand corner of the portal.
  • To view a comprehensive list of all past notifications, click on the "Display All" button, which will show an expanded view of every notification you have received within the system. This allows users to review any missed or older alerts in one place. If you wish to remove all notifications from the list, you can click on the "Clear List" option. This will delete all existing notifications from the notification panel, helping to keep the interface clean and free of clutter. However, clearing the list may make it harder to revisit previous alerts

Language Selection

  • The Language Selection feature is found in the upper right corner of the portal interface. This option typically a dropdown menu that allows users to change the language of the portal's content and interface. By clicking on this menu, users can browse through a list of available languages and select their preferred one. Once a language is selected, the portal will instantly update to display all text, labels, and instructions in the chosen language, enhancing the user experience for non-native speakers or those who prefer to use the portal in their local language.

Activity Log

  • The "My Activity Log" is a detailed record that tracks and displays all recent actions or operations performed by both administrators and users within the system. This log includes various activities such as account modifications, resource changes, permissions updates, login attempts, and other significant interactions. Each entry in the activity log typically includes a timestamp, the action performed, and the user responsible. This feature serves as a useful tool for auditing, monitoring system usage, and ensuring accountability by providing a transparent history of activities across the platform.

Signout

  • To log out of the portal or application, click on the user icon typically located in the upper right corner of the interface. This icon often represents your profile and may display your avatar username. Once clicked, a drop-down menu will appear, showing several options related to your account settings and preferences. From this menu, you can select the "Logout" option to securely sign out of your session, ensuring that no unauthorized users can access your account after you leave the portal. Logging out helps protect your data and personal information from being accessed by others.

Welcome Screen

  • The Dashboard Welcome Page serves as the main landing page when you log into the portal or application. Here, you can view details about recently introduced features, updates, or improvements within the platform. The Dashboard Welcome Page acts as a central hub, giving users a quick snapshot of critical updates and other information(s).
  • You can update this information, navigate to Config - CMP config - Recent Feature option.

Overall Revenue

  • The Revenue Section is a dedicated area within your platform where you can monitor and analyze the financial performance over various time frames. In this section, you can view separate revenue data that is segmented into different periods:

Previous Day Revenue: Displays the total earnings generated during the last day. This allows you to track the most recent sales or income and assess daily performance.

This Month Revenue: Shows the cumulative revenue for the current month, giving you insight into how much has been earned so far. This helps with month-to-date financial tracking.

This Year Revenue: Provides an overview of the revenue earned throughout the current year. This data helps assess long-term financial trends and yearly growth.

All-Time Revenue: Displays the total revenue generated since the beginning of operations. This gives you a comprehensive view of the overall financial success of your platform.

This section helps businesses or platforms track and compare earnings across different time periods, ensuring better financial analysis and decision-making.

User Account Status

  • This section will displays the number of users categorized by their current status, specifically showing two types of users: those with "Verification Pending" status and those who are "Activated." The screen provides a count of how many users fall under each of these two statuses, offering a quick overview of the system’s user verification and activation process.

Verification Pending Users: Users who have registered but are awaiting verification or approval. Activated Users: Users whose accounts have been verified and are fully active within the system.

Plan Revenue

  • The "Plan Revenue" screen is designed to display detailed financial information related to each specific plan offered by the service or platform. On this screen, users can view the earnings generated by individual plans, allowing for a clear breakdown of revenue streams based on specific subscription or service offerings. This feature helps in tracking and analyzing how much each plan contributes to overall revenue, making it easier to assess the performance and profitability of different plans.

Invoices

  • The "Clients Invoice" screen is a dedicated section where users can view detailed information related to invoices for each client. This screen provides an overview of all invoices issued, along with their current status, such as Paid, Due, or Overdue. Users can track payment statuses, monitor outstanding balances, and take action on unpaid or overdue invoices. This feature helps in managing client billing efficiently, ensuring accurate payment tracking, and maintaining a clear record of financial transactions for each client.
