Apply Latest Cost
Introduction
The "Apply Latest Cost" function in the billing system allows administrators to quickly update and synchronize the most recent pricing configurations across all billing resources in the system. This ensures that any new or modified costs for cloud resources, such as compute instances, storage, networking, and additional services, are reflected accurately in user invoices and future billing cycles.
1. Steps to Apply the Latest Cost:

Login into the admin portal.

Navigate to Products in the Stackbill Admin Portal.

Find and click on the Apply Latest Cost option.
2. Confirm the Action :

After clicking on Apply Latest Cost, a confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the application of the latest cost updates.

Read the prompt carefully to ensure you are ready to update the cost system-wide.
3. Price updated :
- After confirming that you're ready to apply the changes, click the OK button to proceed.

- This will trigger the process of applying the latest cost for all billing resources.
