Client Usage Summary
Overview
The Client Usage section in the Admin Portal provides administrators with an easy way to view, monitor, and download usage reports for their clients, detailing how different resources have been utilized over a specified time period. This feature is useful for tracking resource consumption, managing client activity, and generating usage reports for billing or analysis.
Generate Usage Report
1. Navigation :

Login into the admin portal.

Navigate to the Reports section by clicking on the Reports icon in the portal menu.

Select the Client Usage Summary link to generate usage summary report.
2. Select Date Range :

Specify the period for which you want to generate the report by choosing:
- From Date: Set the starting date for the report.
- To Date: Set the ending date for the report.
3. Generate the Report :
- Once the date range is set, click the Generate button to create the client usage report.

The report generated will include a summary of the resources consumed by the clients within the selected date range.
4. Downloading the Client Usage Report :

After generating the report, administrators can download it in the following formats:

PDF Format: A static, print-friendly version of the report, ideal for sharing or record-keeping.

XLSX Format: A spreadsheet file that can be opened in software like Excel, allowing further data manipulation, analysis, or customized reporting.
